- 1 bunch of kale, thoroughly washed, leaves removed and cut into small pieces (approx. 2cm x 2cm)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius (390 F) and line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Place the kale pieces onto the prepared trays, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Toss to combine. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before digging in. Enjoy X
