raspberry and banana breakfast smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 heaped tablespoon plain yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, raspberries, yoghurt, milk and honey into a blender jug.  Blitz until gorgeously smooth and wonderfully pink. Pour into serving cups and enjoy x
