mango popsicles

Ingredients

  • flesh of 2 mangoes
  • 1 cup [250 ml] plain greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup [125 ml] milk

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, yoghurt and milk into a blender. Blitz until smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds – add wooden sticks. Freeze for 2-3 hours of until set. Run moulds under hot water to easily remove popsicles. Enjoy X
