Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pieces of wholemeal bread
  • butter, to serve

Instructions

  1. Fill a small saucepan with cold water.  Place eggs into saucepan and place over medium-high heat and bring to the boil.  Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.  Remove pan from heat.  Use a slotted spoon to remove eggs and place into egg cups.  Meanwhile, toast bread to your liking.  Butter the toast and cut into long rectangles.  Serve alongside boiled eggs.  Enjoy X
