Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husks removes and cut into 4
  • sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) and line an oven tray with aluminium foil.  Arrange corn on foil, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.  Wrap the foil up to create a parcel.  Bake for 30 minutes or until the corn is tender.  Enjoy X
